A driver and his passenger who were pulled over for a traffic violation, are charged with trafficking marijuana. NHP troopers found 76 pounds of marijuana inside their car. The Nevada Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Isaac Arellano and his passenger, 30-year-old Maria Salazar-Zuno. According to NHP, troopers pulled Arellano over at Keystone Avenue and 4th Street for failing to yield to a pedestrian and making an unsafe left turn. Both face several charges in connection with trafficking marijuana.
