Reno Police have arrested a man after a shooting Sunday that left one dead and another person critically wounded. It happened on the 3600 block of S. Virginia St. Upon arrival, officers located two victims in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to a hospital. One victim later died at the hospital, and the other remains in critical condition. 18 year- old Will Mendoza-Paniagua was identified as the suspect and was later located and arrested for Open Murder.
