Four People Arrested in Street Racing Crackdown

Local law enforcement says the crackdown on street racing will continue. Sparks Police say a February 15th crackdown led to the arrests of four people, four vehicles being towed and 46 citations. The Sparks Police Department, the Reno Police Department, the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office the Nevada Highway Patrol conducted the crackdown to disrupt and prevent further street racing. The Nevada Office of Traffic Safety’s Joining Forces provided money to pay for the crackdown.
