The Sparks Police Department has identified the suspects responsible for an armed robbery, and a chase that led to a fatal crash. 34-year-old Ryan Williams is being charged with open murder, robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, and possessing a gun by a prohibited person. 30-year-old Adrianna Norman is charged with open murder and robbery with the use of deadly weapon. A second male in the case is not being charged due to information gathered from the investigation.
