The Reno City Council voted unanimously to pass a budget that includes no cuts, in anticipation of a significant loss in revenue. City budget forecasters say they don’t yet have reliable revenue forecast. City budget staff recommended sticking with the flat budget prepared before the Covid 19 outbreak. It increases spending less than one percent, but the council expects to make future cuts.
