The Reno Police Department has declared an unlawful assembly in downtown Reno. The declaration applies to an area from Liberty Street to Interstate 80 and from Ralston Street to Wells Avenue. Reno Police are urging residents to stay inside and warning violators to leave immediately, saying they are subject to arrest. Washoe County and the City of Sparks have joined the city of Reno. Washoe County said it is under curfew until 7 a.m. Sunday May 31st.
