State health officials reported 1,018 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, and two more deaths as of Sunday. The number of known Covid deaths in Nevada is 734 with 42,843 coronavirus cases. This past week has been the deadliest for COVID-19 in Nevada. The state reported 76 deaths from the coronavirus for the week through Friday, above the previous high of 68 reported in early April.
