Northern Nevada HOPES Completes Construction on “Hope Springs” Project

Construction’s been completed on Northern Nevada HOPES’ “Hope Springs,” with a ribbon cutting Thursday, more than 2 dozen tiny houses and social services on site so homeless men and women can transition off the street.
