South Lake Tahoe Police say an early morning shooting left one person dead. Police were called to the area near Sierra Boulevard and Alma Avenue about 1:00 A.M. . Officers found a man with numerous gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead. A second man with a gunshot wound was taken to a hospital in critical but stable condition. Police say they are not looking for suspects.
