Officials say a standoff in Stagecoach ended with the suspect turning the gun on himself. Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says a domestic violence incident in the house led to the standoff Monday. LCSO says during the incident, the suspect fired several rounds inside the home. When deputies arrived on scene, they were able to take the family to safe location. Deputies say they were able to make contact with the suspect inside a tent and he refused to come outside for several hours. Officials say the suspect eventually took his own life. Multiple guns and a grenade were found near the body. After officials determined the grenade was inactive, the scene was cleared.
