The Reno Police Department needs help finding a missing teen last seen at his home near Gypsum Road on Tuesday. Officials said he was last seen by his mother around 5:30 p.m. 17-year-old Preston Armstrong is 5’7″ with a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, blue sweatpants and black sneakers. Armstrong is special needs.
