The Washoe County Board of Trustees is questioning the competence of one of it’s members, Jeff Church. The board plans to discuss possible action against Church for alleged misconduct at next Tuesday meeting. The discussion on Church’s competence is set for 4pm. According to board documents is not honoring a commitment to follow board policies. Church represents South Reno on the board, which has seen three resignations this year.
