Forget baking that pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving. Instead, stop by the Peppermill Casino Sunday and pick one up that’s already baked for only $5. It’s the casino’s 6th annual “Pie It Forward” bake sale that benefits the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. Katie Silva with the Peppermill says there’s a lot of need in our community.

The bake sale’s in the front lobby from 10a until 6pm, but get there early because they always sell out. The Peppermill’s at 2707 S. Virginia Street.
