The Sparks Police Department arrested a man Wednesday for possession of a stolen vehicle after a struggle in which a gun accidentally fired. It happened just before noon at a shopping center on Prater Way near McCarran Boulevard. Police say two men got into a fight and one pulled a gun to prevent his car from being stolen. The gun accidentally fired and they struggled for control of the firearm. No one was injured by the gunshot. 19-year-old Jake Aguilera was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.
