The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the woman who was killed on Offenhauser Drive Sunday morning. 31-year-old Priscilla Garibay, of Reno, was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Renown Regional Medical Center. The manner of death was homicide. The cause of death was a gunshot wound of the chest. 27-year-old Fabian Zeragoza-Martinez has been charged with open murder.
