The plea is not guilty from a Washoe County man accused of killing 18-year-old Hailey Nieto. Police say Todd Tonnochy fled the area after Nieto’s body was found near Cold Springs in March. He was arrested in Midland, Texas, with his trial set for August 2024. Tonnochy faces an open murder charge in connection with the killing of the mother of two.
