(Ely, NV) — Twenty people are facing charges in connection with a deadly brawl at Ely State Prison last July. The Nevada Attorney General’s Office also announced an additional arrest on Tuesday. The final arrest was made last Wednesday. The fight left three inmates dead and five injured. The charges include three counts of first-degree murder with the use of a deadly weapon with intent to promote or assist a criminal gang, and five counts of attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon with intent to promote or assist a criminal gang.
