(Reno, NV) — A judge is denying a gag order in the case involving the death of five-year-old Izabella Loving. Her parents, Nicholas and Andrea Loving, were back in court on Thursday. Their public defenders asked for the gag order after Andrea Loving’s arrest earlier this month, to limit the amount of information being released to the public. They claim their clients’ lives have been threatened on social media. Izabella Loving died in her home in Cold Springs in April. Her parents are facing murder and child abuse charges.
