(Sparks, NV) — The parents accused of murder in the starvation death of their infant son in Sparks are remaining behind bars. On Monday, a judge ordered Giovonnye Hart and Hailey Moniz each be held on a quarter-million dollars bail. They must also wear GPS monitoring devices. Possible contact with their other young children will be determined by a family court. An autopsy found that the boy died of starvation in April, at less than three months old. The parents were arrested earlier this month, after the autopsy results came out.
