(Reno, NV) — The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office has fired deputy D.A. Kenneth Ching. Officials confirm he was relieved of his duties earlier this week. Ching has an active criminal case against him. He was recently arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness. Prosecutors say he was engaged in inappropriate public sexual conduct with a woman at The Peppermill Casino.
