(Reno, NV) — A son and father are the first and second place finishers in the 43rd annual Great Reno Balloon Race. On Sunday, Justin Wilkinson from La Quinta, California was awarded first place. He was piloting the Cosmic Crisp Apple balloon. His father, Steve Wilkinson, who was piloting the lemon balloon, took home second place and pilot of the day. It was also announced that next year’s balloon race will expand from three to four days.
