(Sparks, NV) — Sparks City Council on Monday heard and approved a major deviation on a parcel located along Five Ridges Parkway. The motion plans to reduce the gross residential density from a minimum of 12 dwelling units per acre to 6.17 dwelling units per acre in the multi-family residential zoning district along a 7.46-acre parcel.

Reid also said that they would have to figure out a way to meet the demand of parking which currently is higher than the expected number of spots.
