(Carson City, NV) — Construction jobs in Nevada are down six-point-four percent compared to last year. That’s according to a new report from The Associated General Contractors of America. The total number of construction jobs in August was down about 71-hundred compared to August of last year. Nevada shed the fifth most construction jobs in the nation during that time. Nevada also lost 44-hundred construction jobs between July and August of this year. That’s the most in the nation during that period.
