(Las Vegas, NV) — There are new details about the DUI arrest of Nevada state Senator Edgar Flores. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released Flores’ toxicology report on Tuesday. It shows he had a blood-alcohol content of just above the legal limit when he was arrested early on the morning of September 12th. Officers approached Flores after he was found asleep at the wheel of his car near an intersection. An officer’s body camera footage shows Senator Flores admitted to having a beer a few hours earlier.
