(Sparks, NV) — Sparks officials detailing a water line break that affected traffic patterns over the weekend. In a statement, city officials say a 14-inch transite line broke at the intersection of Sparks Boulevard and Shadow Lane Thursday evening. Sparks Boulevard was closed throughout the weekend so crews could repair the line. No word on if the road reopened late Sunday evening.
