(Carson City, NV) — A Carson City man who’s already facing charges for allegedly setting off a bomb is now facing new counts. Manuel Munoz was arrested on Saturday, October 12th after he set off a small bomb and then resisted arrest. After a search of his home, investigators say they found more bomb-making material. He’s now facing multiple charges, including failure to register as a sex offender. Police say the explosives were disposed of and there’s no longer a threat to the public.
