(Carson City, NV) — A series of alleged hit-and-run crashes reportedly lead to a shooting over the weekend in Carson City. It started on Saturday afternoon, when two men got into an argument at a gas station on Highway 50 near I-580 interchange. At some point, that altercation turned into a vehicle chase. That chase allegedly involved two hit-and-run accidents. Minutes later, one of the drivers forced his way into a home on Star Way. The people inside that home did not know him, so they shot him. The gunshot victim was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery. The incident remains under investigation.
