(Reno, NV) — Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada teamed up with Home Depot to refurbish the home of former KOLO 8 News Now weatherman Dick Stoddard.
Approximately 30 volunteers made several renovations to the interior of Stoddard’s home, notably installing a walk-in shower and handles near doorways. He was overjoyed at the work crew members put in.
Stoddard retired from KOLO in 2020 and is currently battling Parkinson’s Disease.
