(Reno, NV) — A major storm system will arrive tonight and will bring substantial amounts of rain and snow over the next few days. Reno will see lots of rain tomorrow and Friday. From early Thursday to early Friday, snow levels in the mountains will drop from eight-thousand feet to five-thousand feet. A Winter Storm Watch is in place for the Sierra. Over two feet of snow could fall in spots by the end of the week. Expert chain controls and potential road closures.
