(Incline Village, NV) — There’s not a lot of snow up at Lake Tahoe right now, and there’s even less in the forecast. The next 10 days does not show any storm systems heading toward the Sierra. Right now, snowmaking is filling the gap that mother nature is leaving behind. But over the next week, the weather is forecast to alternate between favorable and unfavorable for snowmaking conditions. Multiple resorts around Lake Tahoe are scheduled to open this Friday. Only three are currently open: Boreal, Mt. Rose and Heavenly.
