(Sparks, NV) — Police are investigating a battery with a deadly weapon that took place last night. Just after 10:30, a victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound along Richards Plaza. They were able to drive themselves to a local hospital, where they received treatment and are expected to make a full recovery. The gunfire was detected by the Shot Spotter System, however, there are no leads on suspects. If you know anything, call Sparks Police immediately.
