(Carson City, NV) — Nevada is one of four states that’s being sued by the U.S. Justice Department. The Justice Department claims the state failed to provide voter registration lists. Assistant U.S. Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon says the states have a duty to protect constituents from vote dilution. The other three states named in the lawsuit were Colorado, Hawaii and Massachusetts. The Colorado Secretary of State said the Trump administration does not have a legal right to the requested information, which includes full names, birthdays, addresses and driver’s license numbers.
