(Reno, NV) — A woman was killed in a crash in Reno’s North Valleys Tuesday afternoon. Just after 12:30 p.m., NHP troopers were called to U.S. 395 and Red Rock Road after a Volkswagen Jetta driven by 31-year-old Andrea Banks crashed into a Dodge pickup while trying to change lanes. Banks was thrown from her car and pronounced dead on-scene. The driver of the Dodge – who was not named in reports – suffered minor injuries.
