(Carson City, NV) – There’s still a lot of money left for essential workers who need help buying a home. Nevada’s Worker Advantage Program provides up to 20-thousand dollars to qualified workers who need down payment assistance. But, so far only 81 out of a possible 900 families have signed up for the program. Qualified teachers, first responders, medical personnel and construction workers can sign up. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 640, make under 149-thousand dollars a year and must have lived in Nevada for at least six months.
