Wylder May will serve a 360-day suspended sentence, along with one year of probation and mandatory rehab after he broke terms of his release. He will also undergo weekly drug testing, have to enroll in a trade school program, and complete 300 hours of community service.
Owen Shuff also received a 360-day suspended sentence, one year of probation, a $500 fine to the Washoe County School District, and 300 hours of community service.
Aral Unlu was ordered to serve one year of probation and pay a $500 fine to the district, along with completing random drug testing and 100 hours of community service.
Washoe County District Attorney Chris Hicks said in a news conference that this incident “caused more than physical damage. It disrupted a school community. Students, teachers and custodial staff.”
Hicks added that all defendents admitted to their part in the incident.
