(Sparks, NV) – One person is dead following a crash Saturday morning in Sparks. NHP says a bicyclist was heading west on I-80 near Vista Boulevard just after 5 a.m. when they were struck by a vehicle. The cyclist was pronounced dead on-scene and troopers have not released their name yet. They add the suspect vehicle may have been a possible blue Kenworth semi-truck, which reportedly has damage on its front passenger side. It might also have a unit number of 122.
