(Stateline, NV) — Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is starting a second round of renovations as it looks to become a resort destination. The resort and casino – which was previously known as Harvey’s – is spending 200-million dollars on the remodel. The first phase wrapped up last summer. The next phase is focusing on turning the hotel into what Caesars calls a “modern alpine escape.” They’re putting in a new pool, spa and cocktail lounge. Last year, they remodeled over 14-hundred rooms.
