(Carson City, NV) — Nevada regulators say homeowners should come forward if they signed a fraudulent deal with a company called MV Realty. The Department of Business and Industry claims the company would promise to do a market analysis of a home. However, after getting a signature, they would place a 40-year lien on the homeowner’s property. Regulators accuse MV Realty of using deception to get those signatures. They estimate over 800 homeowners could be affected.
