(Carson City, NV) – A Carson City couple has been arrested on suspicion of felony child neglect after leaving their 9-year-old and 16-month-old alone in a locked car for over an hour while they gambled inside a casino, authorities say. Deputies found the children inside the vehicle with windows rolled up, and the parents admitted they lost track of time; both now face two counts of child abuse and neglect and are being held on $10,000 bail each.
