(Reno, NV) — Wet weather will continue today in Reno, while snow continues to fall in the Sierra. The rain will turn to snow at about six-thousand feet, but the snow level will drop to five-thousand feet later tonight. A winter weather advisory remains in place for much of Lake Tahoe. Expect chain controls on most mountain roads. Mountain passes will likely have delays. Most of the storms will be gone by tomorrow morning, but a larger system is expected to arrive by Sunday night.
