(Sun Valley, NV) – One person was killed in a house fire in Sun Valley. At around 1:15 a.m. on Tuesday, deputies with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 5000 block of Carol Drive on reports of a fire. The blaze was contained to a single residence and one person was found dead inside. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
