(Reno, NV) – One person was arrested after shots rang out at a Denslowe Drive home over the weekend. Reno police say 21-year-old Tosh Howe shot someone in the ankle on Saturday and assaulted another person with the firearm before fleeing to a nearby apartment complex. Howe surrendered soon after and was arrested. Meanwhile, 21-year-old Anthony Watts was also arrested, but for an unrelated warrant. The investigation is on-going.
