(Placer County, CA) – Measles is on the rise in the U.S., and it’s made its way to the region. Placer County health officials say three teens in the same family contracted the virus, possibly through extended family, and that a fourth possible case is suspected. Everyone involved is recovering at home. As of now, the disease has not spread to any schools.
