Convicted killer Scott Dozier is headed back to Death Row. The state Supreme Court overruled a state court judge, and says that court went beyond it’s discretion when it stopped the execution based on questions about a paralytic drug, which would be used in a drug cocktail for the execution. Dozier has asked to be executed, he killed two people.
