Victims Identified in Fatal Virginia City Shooting

An investigation into a double homicide at a Virginia City gun business, ends with the alleged killer, 56 year old Joep Mols, taking his own life. The killings happened at the Virginia City Gun Works. As a suspect was identified, the Storey County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Reno Police Department, and told that that a person of interest in the murders had died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Reno. The suspected killer had reportedly been involved in a running legal battle with the deceased Virginia City business owner. The victims are 71 year old Gary Lord and his son 39 year old TJ Lord.
