Apartment Rentals Hit an All Time High in Reno & Sparks

A report just released from the Nevada State Apartment Association shows that rentals have hit record highs in Reno and Sparks, with an average price of $1,328 in the fourth quarter, up almost $1000 compared to the same time period in 2019.
