(Reno, NV) — A mother from Washoe County is facing child abuse charges in connection with the death of a five-year-old girl. Andrea Loving was arrested on Monday and faces one count of child abuse causing substantial bodily harm. Her husband Nicholas Loving was booked on the same charge in April. Their daughter, Izabella Loving, was found dead in her home in Cold Springs in early April. Police say she had significant injuries and her body showed signs of abuse and neglect.
