(Reno, NV) — One of the defendants in the Reno High School vandalism incident is out of jail. This week, 18-year-old Wydler May served three days in Washoe County Jail after testing positive for cocaine in August. May and his six co-defendants were court ordered to be tested for drugs and alcohol before their case goes to trial. May is the only one who tested positive for drugs. May has pled not guilty to three gross misdemeanor charges in connection with the vandalism incident, which happened on May 22nd of this year.
