(Reno, NV) — A Reno man on parole is back behind bars after police say they caught him with a gun and a pound of cocaine. We’re now learning that a multi-agency task force arrested Richard Blackmon over the weekend. Officials say he’s a member of a gang called the Cut Throat Mob and was serving a three-year suspended sentence for a gun conviction. At the time of this latest arrest, he was out on bail while awaiting a different trial for a 20-24 shooting. Blackmon was previously convicted of attempted murder with a deadly weapon.
