(Reno, NV) — A Reno man is under arrest, accused of a deadly hit-and-run crash in Sparks. The pedestrian was killed at Glendale Avenue and 21st Street early Wednesday morning. Kelly Burroughs, who’s now under arrest, had multiple warrants. The 45-year-old is facing half-a-dozen charges, including destroying or altering evidence, driving with a suspended license, and failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing death.
